2. Design & Selections
Collaborate with us and your architect to create detailed plans, select finishes, and ensure your home reflects your lifestyle. We aid you in tracking your budget each month along with re-evaluating selections throughout the building process. Our material partners allow us to offer you the best quality and pricing to stay with in your budget.
3. Construction & Completion
Our certified and experienced subcontractors build your home with precision and care. We keep you informed with transparent billing and timelines. In addition, we collect lien waivers from each and every subcontractor to guarantee payments have been made and also to ensure there are no surprise billings unless you authorize a change order to that particular subcontractor. Our staff is available to you consistently through the entire process.
4. Move-In & Support
We walk you through your finished home, address any details until you receive your final certificate of occupancy. We remain available for ongoing support with any warranty issues for the next year on your home. We are always available in the area if you have any questions that arise in the future of your home.
